Voluntary Turnover (%) - CYC Total (Excluding Schools) - (Rolling 12 Month). The measure shows the percentage of the workforce who leave voluntary and is calculated by dividing the number of leavers over a 12 month period, who are recorded as leaving voluntarily, by the total number of employees. The measure helps monitor what the organisation is like as a place to work, with high voluntary turnover pointing to a problem in a given area.
