Narratives Of Our Age (NOOA) | Histórias do Nosso Tempo is a project that is part of the phd dissertation entitled Narratives of Our Age: Intergenerational Digital Storytelling and Cultural Identity . This project had the premise of bringing generations together in sharing stories on topics such as Memories , Crafts , Myths , and Traditions , to endorse the continuity of the cultural identity of the Vale do Sousa region in Portugal, using the potential of digital media in this process. In order to better comprehend the impact of NOOA project near the participants regarding the intergenerational storytelling dynamics for the maintenance of cultural identity in affinity spaces, a set of semi-structured interviews were conducted. The interviews covered the multiple dimensions of intergenerational storytelling, from both the seniors’ and the juniors’ perspective. We provided a space to discuss the role of digital media in the maintenance of cultural identity contents, as well as the main opportunities and challenges of working with digital stories and with digital affinity spaces that the participants could identify during their activities.
