This dataset accompanies the article "Effects of Psychosocial and Ergonomic Risk Perceptions in the Hospital Environment on Employee Health, Job Performance, and Absenteeism" published in Healthcare (Basel) journal. The dataset contains survey responses from hospital employees regarding their perceptions of psychosocial and ergonomic risks in the workplace, and measures of health outcomes, job performance, and absenteeism. The data was collected to examine the relationships between workplace risk perceptions and employee wellbeing and productivity in healthcare settings.
