Version 2.0 corrects and completes the record published as version 1.0. No score changes. 1. Turkiye E4. The basis was given as Environment Act No. 2872 Article 9, supported by a body named as the national environmental monitoring system. Both were wrong and are withdrawn: Article 9 imposes no monitoring duty in any of its nine paragraphs, and the body named is the EU environmental approximation strategy, not a monitoring system. The correct basis is the 2014 Regulation on the Monitoring of Surface Waters and Groundwater, Arts. 22, 28 and 29. The score remains partial but now rests on the absence of a public-access provision rather than on the national scale of the duty. 2. Document inventory.
