This dataset captures a detailed snapshot of supermarket product prices from a specific date. Collected from Bonpreu Esclat's online store, the dataset provides a list of product categories, subcategories, quantity, prices. This dataset can serve as a foundational reference point for understanding price variations over time when supplemented with future datasets and seasonal or event-driven studies. Dataset Fields : Category : The primary classification of the product (e.g., "Frescos", "Celler"). Subcategory : Four levels of subcategory. A finer classification within each category (e.g., "Fruites i Verdures", "Xarcuteria"). Product Name : The specific name of the product as listed. Price : The listed price of the product in Euros.
