Canonical DDL for the interpretation protocol schema (note13 §7.1, run RTT_005)

Canonical DDL file of §7.1 of note13 (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21967486). Deposited at stage 2 of the Appendix order of implementation, prior to execution at stage 3, so that the schema comparison at stage 4 establishes that the deposited text was executed and not a variant of it. Deposited by the stage-2 registrar, who is not the stage-3 executor. sha256 of the deposited file: fb8704b9cb7067499a42d76ca291a2a3ddf5042c13ca019952ae2b5c9b58ae5c Watermark constant: max(id) = 169 on omnicore l3.verified facts at the time of assembly. Declared departures from the published text of §7.1: (1) protocol id on the fact table is nullable, with the protocol requirement imposed by a check constraint above the watermark, the legacy corpus of 169 rows having been produced before the protocol existed; (2) the unique index is named explicitly for machine comparison at stage 4.
