AWTY 2026 Global Transitions Index: Dataset, Workbooks and Documentation (1990-2025)

Opis

The AWTY 2026 Global Transitions Index is a cross-country panel dataset measuring transition readiness and management capacity across 194 countries from 1990 to 2025. It covers five interdependent vectors: Digital Transition, Green Transition, New Globalization, Transition to a War Economy, and Housing Crisis Management. Each vector and the equal-weight Composite Index are reported on a 0-10 scale. The release contains 6,984 country-year records, 34,920 vector scores, six authoritative workbooks, a publication-ready long-format CSV, a source register, and a full methodology and codebook. Country identifiers use ISO3 codes. The 2025 results may include operational carries and estimates, recorded through confidence classes. Housing uses HCI 2.0 and constitutes a methodological break from the earlier Housing Crisis Index. AWTY measures transition readiness and management capacity; it is not a direct measure of prosperity, welfare, peace, or political approval.
