Description

View on bioimage.io Covid-IF Training Data Covid-IF Training Data Training data for cell and nucleus segmentation as well as infected cell classification of Covid19 in immunofluorescence. The images are taken with a high-throughput microscope and were used as training data to set up an IF based CoV19 antibody assay here .
