Description
This record contains an interactive world map showing the present-day global distribution of New Kingdom monuments from the Memphite region across museums and collections. The map was designed and produced by Anne Herzberg-Beiersdorf using data from the Prosopographia Memphitica (ProM) database and implemented with Leaflet.js. The deposit includes the interactive HTML map, associated resources, a static preview image, the SQL query used to extract the underlying data, and the resulting data export. The map is derived from the Prosopographia Memphitica dataset, version 3: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14180205 The file objects global distribution.sql documents the database query used to generate the dataset underlying the map. The resulting export is provided as world map data.csv . Any subsequent data-cleaning or transformation steps are documented in the README.
