Description
This dataset contains the daily transaction history of a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) operating in the digital printing sector, pseudonymized as XYZ Print. The dataset comprises 8,808 transaction records that capture day-to-day business operations, customer purchase behavior, and sales trends of various printed products. This dataset is highly suitable for academic research, business intelligence, and data science projects such as customer segmentation (RFM Analysis), sales forecasting, market basket analysis, and inventory optimization. Data Coverage & Characteristics Temporal Range: May 2, 2024, to October 31, 2025 (consisting of 2,715 transactions in 2024 and 6,093 transactions in 2025). Unique Customers: 2,194 distinct anonymized Customer Codes. Product/Service Variety: 273 unique Item Names (the most popular items include outdoor banners, design services, grommets/eyelets, and A3 label stickers).
