Version 6 Turkiye E4 carried the same incorrect basis corrected in the United States and Turkiye record: Environment Act No. 2872 Article 9, which imposes no monitoring duty, supported by a body that is an EU approximation strategy rather than a monitoring system. The basis is now the 2014 Regulation on the Monitoring of Surface Waters and Groundwater, Arts. 22, 28 and 29, and D19 has been added to the document inventory. The score is unchanged at partial.
