Description

Version 6 Turkiye E4 carried the same incorrect basis corrected in the United States and Turkiye record: Environment Act No. 2872 Article 9, which imposes no monitoring duty, supported by a body that is an EU approximation strategy rather than a monitoring system. The basis is now the 2014 Regulation on the Monitoring of Surface Waters and Groundwater, Arts. 22, 28 and 29, and D19 has been added to the document inventory. The score is unchanged at partial. Version 5 — one score corrected, and the record brought onto the current schema This version does three things: it corrects one score, it migrates the record from the nine-field schema used since version 1 to the twenty-two-field specification of the codebook, and it removes a superseded vocabulary. No evidence is discarded and nine of the ten scores are unchanged. The corrected score Türkiye, financial endowment (E3), moves from absent to partial. The earlier value rested on two findings that remain true: no dedicated municipal budget line was identified in the 2023 metropolitan budget documentation, and research-council grants fund projects rather than governance platforms.
