Please note this data is released every September: This valuation data provides information relating to the market value of social housing assets within the Housing Revenue Account. These valuations may be significantly different from the tenanted sale value of dwellings when sold under the Right To But where a discount will be applicable. The publication of this valuation information is not intended to suggest that tenancies should end to realise the market value of properties.
