Description
MySQL dump of the Data Centre Impact database, made for a database course at Maastricht University. The database tracks data centres in the Netherlands, the companies that run them, yearly environmental numbers (energy, water, CO2), the national electricity grid, and how local stakeholders are affected. The dump contains real-world data and mock data: - Data centre locations and operators (397 sites): ATLAS / Global Data Center Map, (c) Ringmast4r, https://github.com/Ringmast4r/Global-Data-Center-Map (attribution licence). - National electricity data for 40 European countries, 2000-2025: Our World in Data energy dataset, based on Ember, https://github.com/owid/energy-data (CC BY 4.0). - Yearly energy/water/CO2 numbers per site and stakeholder records are fictional mock data for testing, not real measurements.
