Description
Postgresql database dump files for DeGeCI for Refseq releases 89 and 204. Each dump file creates two tables: - kmer plus-16-<refseqreleasenumber> - kmer minus-16-<refseqreleasenumber> These represent the de-Brujin graph with k=16 for the respective RefSeq release.
